I think I would personally take a flight to Shanghai with a bottle of Champagne, and offer homemade cookies to all CCP Shanghai.

Next gen is PS5 you know ? If that was the case I wouldn't mind that , then maybe you kids would STFU .
PS4 is current gen and why would they do that when you could play Warframe which is basically the same game but with more options and colors .
Warframe would smash this game in it's current state since it would simply be a copy and paste and why would CCP drag their own name threw the mud with PS4 crashes , blue screens , frame rate drops , poor / inconsistent hit detection and the multitude of bugs and glitches that go unaddressed .
I just don't see them doing that for the " sake of the fans " , it's would make any business sense .
Most of the " fans " complained about the previous dev team constantly instead of having patience and allowing them to bring their vision of the game to fruition , you know ... the people that actually knew what they were doing and once that was done , these same " fans " ended up bolting anyway , why would they go threw that drama again and for what avail ???
Listening too much to outside voices can prove damaging , let them do what they will and make the game better before they even think about moving forward , lets fix the here and now first instead of making moves that toddlers suggest .
Grown up have patience , resolve and understanding , something that most in these forums are just not familiar with .
I'd be dammed with as much as I love this game , downloading it to my PS4 for it to begin to have problems and issues that it didn't pre-download , you might have money to but multiple PS4 but until that price goes down , I'm not in that same boat along with many others these days with the price of everything going up unnoticed , have you tried to go grocery shopping lately ?

The 4th build ("The Media Elite") on this page exceeds your specifications, with 1TB Storage, Quad Core processors at 3.7 GHz, and if you use this for the memory you'll have 8GB of ram, but the cost will be 352$.

My point if: if Dust gets upgraded, and managed to reach a decent amount of players again, what would you do?(but shagging dogs. Poor dogs, they don't deserve this kind of love)

I would wait until I saw how a lot of their design decisions went. There's a lot I'm not satisfied with, as my interests are world-immersion > FPS and EVE > FPS.
Also I am not buying next/current/stfu-you-know-what-OP-meant systems yet, mostly because there are no exclusive games drawing me to them and 1 game(Dust-next) wouldn't convince me to drop multiple hundreds either.

I normally never buy a console for one game, but I grew up with Ace Combat and that is the exception to my rule.
