Edit:
Or you can switch the Afterburner for a Complex Shield Hardener.
Granted if you have the skills to fit it.

I'll have to give that one a look at later, looks very hit and run but probably cleans up isolated infantry really well.

I wouldn't mind ramming even a little bit if 1.)impact were normalized between shields and armor, 2.) impact were based on overall speed of impact and 3.) impact damage were consistent.
Right now you can hit someone full speed and both survive or they can ******* feather tap you from beneath with your hardener up and you explode like a virgin at spring break. Most people who ram with dropships suck and are just easy prey, they're so ******* easy to bait.

Drunk me used to have a field day with this whenever I went as an ADS.
It could survive a few volleys of swarms. But if there's more than 2 Swarm Launchers shooting you or even a fuckin red-line rail tank, use the Python's high maneuverability.
Almost makes me miss the game...

Drunk me is NOT allowed to fly. I go up gentle as a moose and come down quite as gracefully.
My time in air hasn't ever lasted over a minute, I always try to pull some crazy ass full afterburner roadkill from a dive or something and I just hurtle into the ground at full speed and explode. Basically without fail.
I vaguely recall being hammered on vodka, getting incredibly focused as I gently brought my bird down near a blueberry to pick him up. Everything was calm. Then I gently put her down at 90mph and promply exploded next to him.

... Ramming ADS would be such a waste though.. I'd be more confused than angry lol.
