On day 13 you give us Weapons that do no damage whatsoever and is purely a visual aesthetic... Why must you give us spermball launchers..

They have given you plenty of other awesome gear, such as those quafe vehicles, the skin, and the 50 officer suits.
Having the snowball launchers as a reward has been a tradition and the hint for the bonus reward was very obvious about it.

Doesn't make it right though , some of the gear one can't even trade .
Now if you could trade that then I wouldn't care but I'm in agreement with the OP , it could have been some type of specially made APEX for the occasion , something worth skilling into for but this was and is a joke .
I played one game for my key and logged out .
For the most part , there just isn't much drive to play this game .
Edit : It isn't a tradition when the game is only three years old and the launcher is just one .

A great way of to ended this event was with a ultra rare specialty weapon like the Black Eagle AR/Shotgun. Imagine a similar light weapon that could go into a sidearm such as a functional Mass Driver or a Plasma Cannon. On the other side of the fence, imagine a Flaylock or other pistol with extended clips. Of course that would require coding but I do not think any more than what was needed for this latest snowball launcher.

The skin was by far the best to me and I have zero in gal scouts and in-fact dislike scouts but that prize was the best to me .

Yes, in Dust that is, but festival launchers (snowballs and fireworks) have been a thing in EVE for over 5 years.
