??????????????? They are ******* good, when i use i get at least 30 kills flawless, using my main fit i get the 30 kills, but i die 4 times, is any way to get more black eagles? I would pay 1 mil each if tradable, for the love of black eagles!!!, they are my favorite suits i would pay 250 mil for the bpo, or maybe its because I love suits made of paper

Dude exploit the fact you've been given the BE suits and ARs.
Combat Rifle in the original AR slot. And BE AR in the sidearm slot. BOOM you have 2 med-long range weps and a close range wep for scout duties! You can also put some ferroscales on it if you use CPU and PG thingys.
It's...the best thing CCP has done. The lore behind it is also pretty awesome. If I could buy a bpo of it with real money, I would.
And if I could put a cloak on it, it would be my slayer fit.

For the love of god and country . the black eagle scout since I first laid eyes on it 2yrs ago was one of the greatest thing's out there . now a day's all these rotten kids are just spoiled .

I now have 47 and I am hugging onto them.

There is nothing to explain. All scout suits are fun. I'm just saying that the black eagle scout
is what the commando suits should have been. I don't think ccp ever fully explained why the commando
role was given to heavy suit over the scout suits when the black eagle suit was pretty much the
premier for the commando role. I guess that's something that will never be answered.

It was reclassified as advance but has less cpu and pg then a standard
scout suit even when skills are maxed. I'm not sure if skills are actually
applied to this suits I haven't check.

FTFY. EWAR Scouts died a year ago. If your squad/team needs scans, you're doing them a disservice by fielding anything other than a GalLogi. You could nerf both the GalLogi's bonuses and active scanners, and it's recon would still be vastly superior to that of any Scout.

Um, it is not an opinion. I have been a scout since beta, i am one of the original bastards, i know it for a fact.
I recently experimented with the 'Black Eagle' Scout G/1-Series. Here is my fit. Don't hold back on any criticism as I welcome even the harsh ones.
Combat Rifle
'Black Eagle' Assault Rifle
Submachine Gun
'Carnifax' Locus Grenade
Basic PG Upgrade
Enhanced Profile Dampener
Basic Cardiac Regulator
2x Basic Ferroscale Plates
On the first match, I was able to take down at least 9 mercs before I died thanks to being able to follow up with not one but two weapons after the main one.
