The black eagle scout is the original commando so your right about it not being a good scout.

Can you explain exactly, what is a scout for you?
There is nothing to explain. All scout suits are fun. I'm just saying that the black eagle scout
is what the commando suits should have been. I don't think ccp ever fully explained why the commando
role was given to heavy suit over the scout suits when the black eagle suit was pretty much the
premier for the commando role. I guess that's something that will never be answered.

CCP GET YOUR ASSES ON IT Pretty sure it is advance...
It was reclassified as advance but has less cpu and pg then a standard
scout suit even when skills are maxed. I'm not sure if skills are actually
applied to this suits I haven't check.

Never being seen and taking the enemy by surprise be it by force or tactics.
