Hi Guys,
There's probably only me here that uses one of these devices so I'm not expecting much of a response, but here goes....
I have an XCM Cross Battle Adapter 2.0 that enables me to use a wired xbox 360 controller with my PS3. The device works perfectly for every game I've ever played on PS3, except DUST 514.
The game behaves as if I have turbo fire on all buttons and sticks (buttons do have a turbo option, but they are set to off). The player movement is very stuttery and if I hold down the ADS button the scope will pop in and out then it won't do anything at all, same with the fire button. It'll fire two or three rounds and stop, even if I'm still holding down the button.
I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make it work of if it'll work in the future, maybe when the next update comes out? I don't have an issue with the Dualshock 3 for any other genre, but on FPS games I really don't get on with it at all.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, trying to use an adapter to get different tech to work together might not be the best way to go. They do make some native PS3 controllers in an xbox layout. I've got one but I'm too lazy to walk across the house to check the brand, although I haven't tried it with DUST yet. It wasn't too expensive either. Later I'll give it a test and get the brand for ya.
Probably not the answer you were hoping for, I know, but there's hope at least.  |

Any comments are welcome mate. Well, sensible ones anyway. 
I didn't buy the device just to play DUST 514 so it isn't too bad. I just thought it strange that it works with everything else. I used to play a ton of FPS' on PC so I think K&M will be the way I go if the Cross Battle Adapter doesn't work. |

Just get an ps3 controller shaped like an xbox controller. They do exist. |
