I'm into seeing less people leave battles.
I thought K/D padding was better than Kotex.

We need to have missions more role directed.
Logi missions:
Repaires - Lets me weld it - Heal XXX points by repair tools (in one battle/day) Revives - Step aside doc is here - Take up XXX team mates by nanite injectors (in one battle/day) Support assistance - Bees no the bees - Repairs/Resuply XXX points by nanohives (in one battle/day) Tactical assistance - My name is Spawn - Spawn XXX team mates by droplinks (in onde battle/day)
Assault/Sentinel/Comando:
Supresive action - Get off my lawn - XXX poins on defending point (in one battle/day) Offensive action - Fight the powa - XXX points on atacking point (in one battle/day) Kills - He is mine - XXX points for kills (in one battle/day) Assistance - No kill steal - XXX points for assistance on kill (in one battle/day) Demolishion - Demolishion man - XXX points for demolished assets (Tower/CRU/Supply depo) on map (in one battle/day) AA - I was born on scrapyard - XXX points for damage/destruction of vehicles (in one battle/day)
Pilots:
Tactical assistance - Welcome in my tincan - XXX points for respawn on driven vehicle (in one battle/day) Kills by main weapon - Time for painless -XXX points for main weapon kills (in one battle/day) Kills by support weapon - Towa powa - XXX points for support weapon kills (in one battle/day) Roadkills - Something on bumper - XXX points for roadkills/suicide crash (in one battle/day)

How you all can see i stated all ideas on basic point count. Because i thing it is better if we will go for points instead of kill and points. I think these ones are great even with names of mission. But i leaving that open for better sugestion.

Iv never been able to get 19 vehicle kill assist for my pyrus ck.o and id like it if they change it to have something else like sp total or kill 60 or something.
Maybe rewards can more random as to different type of ways to earn the same item. Like if i cant get it by 50 kills then maybe get the same item by getting 5000 war points.
Getting kill assists while in a vehicle is hard cuz its too easy to kill people while in a vvehicle.
Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

Create a new type of strongbox. Call it a something else that is easily differentiated from the Encypted Strongbox like... Cargo Unit.
Cargo Units can be opened without a key and contain 2 - 3 pieces of random std or advanced gear, with a small chance of dropping proto. They could become a new mission reward. I know sometimes I see a piece of gear in the mission rewards and think "meh...". Maybe a random chance at several gear pieces would be more attractive.
Perhaps the Cargo Unit drop table could also include warbarge components.

Also, I misread your post CPM but what I thought I read was cool. How about " get 3000 damage with repair tool". lol, or damage with injector, uplink etc. |

Below the current Daily Mission for completing other missions, have a Community Mission that lasts 7 - 14 days. Think similar to the Million Clone Challenge event, but on a smaller scale.
Here is an example... The Community Mission is "Destroy 5,000 HAVs". The individual mission for players would read "Destroy 10 HAVs". If you complete the individual mission and the community completes the mission, everyone who participated gets a large reward. We're talking millions of ISK, 10 keys, etc. etc.

We have had been awarded AUR as part of completing event missions. Can we have daily missions that award small amounts of AUR?
"Earn X kills" would reward some SP and like 20 AUR. It doesn't sound like much, but plus the daily AUR it could mean someone one day affording a SKIN.

Random idea that could be incorporated into the system.
Daily Missions (Increase to 15):
10 are your regular pool of missions Remove or Limit 'Savant' Missions, Limit to 1, or move to Daily Rewards (More on that below)
Kill Assists in a vehicle - Change to Vehicle Kill Assists...makes life much easier on everyone without removing the only vehicle participation mission other than "Destroy Installations" missions
Earn x SP in a single Match - Make sure amounts on this mission are doable by any role without use of boosters (I've had earn almost 30k SP in a single match before)
Long Range Kills (Kills at Greater than or equal to 50 Meters)
CQC Kills (Kills at less than or equal to 50 Meters)
Instances of Triage/Guardian Points
Headshot Kills
5 missions for your race/role from pools, example pools given below
Amarr Kills with Laser Weaponry
Team Spawns
Long-Range Kills
Caldari Kills with Hybrid-Rail Weaponry
Team Resupply
Long-Range Kills
Gallente Kills with Hybrid-Blaster Weaponry
