Lol it got balanced deal with it either shoot a charge shot or spam... I use it perfectly fine on my brother's Amarr Logi.

Nope, I'm just strolling along the park in my Min Logi 2 Seconds later I get hit with a charge ScR and then a follow up round bam dead. Same for my CalAss but that suit is entirely shield based so that's natural... I blame a sniper only to find out it was a SCR on a slave and then I mumble "racial parity defying ****" and continue on with life...

Hmmn I like the idea but... The galass already has a 15% rof bonus for ars... The 5% would make that 20%. Unless you mean get rid of its 15% rof bonus for a 5%...
