LAV still operable by anyone, as IRL we can all drive a car, but not many can drive a tank/helicopter.

Its just a energizer/rechargers high slot with milita sheild extender bpos for almost 700 sheilds that regen fairly fast. The complex regulator was the most expensive item. Milita assault rifle bpo. Milita scrambler pistol bpo. I used that suit for sustained firefights and to teach myself to not waste ammo and to be more effective with what I have and when to relaod or not. Ha!You can't kill me! I'm already dead!
