Clearly this is all the more reason to port the game to PC or next gen.

I feel there is a substantially larger pool of players that would play this game, if only it was more polished, bugs ironed out and performance increased. These are things that really could be done with a port.

Over 3000 players, at any given moment, (apart from downtime) must mean closer to 20,000 or 30,000, at least, through the day. That's a good number, plus the social aspect that only Eve and Dust have, In fact, it's greatest strength,(which we take for granted),where old friends catch up after a break. There's some stuff to iron out, but people keep coming back, for some reason. Me included. I do recommend a break, though, from all video 'sport'.
