 I did this because I was bored not because I expect it to be implemented. And no I did not take a lot of time fixing CPU and PG numbers. This is just cause boredom.
 
 Marksman suits look like scout suits, but are dark green instead of blue.

 1: Because there's much better things that can be done at the moment.
 
 2: Even if there wasn't, hyper specific platforms usually aren't viable.

  Interesting design, Cloak Dog. And I think that, if you ever get bored again, you have the skill to come up with a device that automatically kicks the offending army right out of each country that's being unfairly invaded right now.
 
 But I have to oppose the suggestion. NOT the design you made (it's COOL), I just oppose the role.
 I know it's a pain, and for a lot of us it's been confusing as heck, but this game shouldn't encourage, (and hasn't done so, so far) those tight combat-specific Roles. No Demolitions-Specialist. No Corpsman/Medic (in spite of the Starter Suit they relented to include). No Sniper (a role they DID originally have, but finally admitted is too anti-teamwork to be in Dust-style warfare--and is being gradually buried). No Marksman. Even A/V is NOT what new players assume it is in Dust--it's not a Role for destroying heavy vehicles (the lethal bazooka-men and Explosives-engineers from other games are not the kind of roles Dust wants).
 
 It's a weird and very gutsy approach to fps to "stay away from the specific, and hope that players will intuitively develop cross-role pimped-out gameplay". It's still a hard idea for the repeated waves of new players to get into.
 But if it's going to continue to work (...and I think it actually DOES work, when a player finally gets the hang of it), the game has to stay away from any more branded role-suits.
 
 Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...
