Initially. I would've started earlier if I'd realised earlier that there wasn't another day.

Get yourself a proto repair tool, six skin so you can repair two mercs at once. Then go for the min logi to 3 for that sweet bouness to repair tools, the extra range will keep you safe. Get armour repairers to 3 and plate's, then shield Extender's to 3. Then if you have some so left over go for engineering & electronics to 3. This is any advice I would give to any new player because you will be following player's around so you will get to know all the choak points on the maps and earn a lot of sp as well. I went the logi way starting of and found myself well on my way and with boosters involved you can get proto pretty quick in anything
I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.

i dont think u need to reset if only 7 mil sp... 1 pro suit cost 3 mil, u cant get pro gear with 4 mil sp, cant even fit them

It depends how much you play if passive boosters are worthwhile. Say someone does not cap, does 15 matches a week. Say, 10,000 per match. 150,000 x .5 = 75,000. That would take 6 1/4 days of passive booster to equal.
Get 168k or more a week and Active > Passive, especially if you can actually cap. 30 day Passives are generally better than 30 day Actives in my opinion though.
Plan accordingly of course.
