CPM Darth Carbonite informs me on the show that there is a cap (@ 5%) on the weapon power warbarge subsystem.
Thankfully I'm only at level 4 (5% boost to primary dmg), but I can imagine those who invested in high levels, up to the current maximum of 8 are pretty salty.

It's a helpful bug. Paying for weapon power by purchasing components or bypassing cool-downs rubs me the wrong way.

Considering the dmg you guys put out already, I'd say working as intended?! TTK is too high as it is!
Why doesn't that section get change to something that will keep players in the game CCP?

1. High damage means low TTK. High TTK is when it takes a long time to die.
2. TTK is fine and doesn't need to be longer. Despite the addition of the warbarge bonus, TTK is generally longer than it was when TTK was originally increased due to other changes. No need to increase it further.
3. The augmented ammo feels too close to pay to win and is certainly bad for new players. A further direct damage buff to weapons for veterans or players shelling out cash is bad for the game.
4. People weren't thrilled but were willing to cope with the ammo facility when it was introduced on the understanding you could get only a 4 or 5 % bonus. Increasing this to 8% makes it a lot worse.
Weapon proficiency was bad enough, but giving veterans an 8% global damage bonus over new players is a bit crazy. OK, so new players will die to vets, that's fine. But there should be a fighting chance, and vets should have to pay isk for their advanteges, not run around with a standard rifle that does the same damage as a photo rifle in the hands of a newbie. (proficiency average bonus of 7.5% + 8% from war barge = 15.5% more damage. Proto weapon does 10-12% more damage than standard) |

As you know, level 5 and 6 costs 50 000+90 000 warbarge component. And 140 000wc costs 420 000 Aurum... more than 200 Euro.
And obviously, some dusters payed for level 7. With that they could buy a PS4, but they prefer spending their money for 1% damage. Because they love this game.
And you answered, it's just a bug... No excuses to take money for no results. No messages to explain how sorry ccp is and will fix this quickly.
You take thousands dollars and euro from the community for this damage bonus.

True, but the players really should have been told it meant nothing before CCP increased the levels you could upgrade

Honestly only Zipper interactive was company4gamers.
Actually doublefine is good right now (they gave me free steam code for Brutal Legend ultimate edition, because Brutal legend on ps3 was glitchy).
Any other companies what i saw since that time were/are more company4bussiness.
Yup times of interplay or zipper etc. are gone.
