It is near stupid OP. There is no other assault better than that OP B.S. 15% RoF buff has made it FOTM. Sad. Seriously look at the numbers CCP.

i use rr only n others for fun, rr is alot better than ar.... just stop complaining..... if u think ar is op then go train it..... go proto stomp with ar..... but the fact is that u cant .... even u got proto ar n gal ass......
to get pro ar, gal ass n some dropsuit upgrade only cost like 10 m sp... 0.8 m sp a week, u can get them in 3 months...... so y r u still not good???? skill matters lol

According to the latest data that Rattati has given out, the Assault Rail is still the daddy of Rifle kills by a considerable margin.

As someone that's been running Gallante Assault since it was an option, the notion that it is OP is somewhat questionable because we're still very vulnerable at range, from ARR's as it happens.

One of the suits suddenly becoming effective, FOTM does not make. The AR Gal assault combo has become the QC monster it should be but I can assure you, we're still squishy when flanked from range by CR or RR. Just stay at that range from now on, get too close and we'll f you up.

Word of advice for Gal Assault users. Stick a kinkat in one of your lows. Trust the armour rep and use speed to get in close where your AR can now do its job.
