Sadly most of the RR usage I see are on Am Assaults these days after the ScR got nerfed... again...

'Again' - When was it nerfed the first time? If I remember correctly the Scrambler has been nerfed quite a lot. Most recent before this nerf was the mag nerf where it was 45 and was bumped down to the current 30. Many nerf were there before such as the damage, ROF,headshot multiplier.

If this isn't, yeah the BAR is used far more then any other AR. They just lack the punch and range. How many before this seen a Gall assault using an AR? Hardly, most used the RR or CR. Now for once a Gal using Gal weaponry and everyone is loosing their sh*t?
Guess what... Amarr were using Amarr weapons and everyone(read shield scrubs) lost their sh*t welcome to the club...
