I encourage guys to go to the forums, but some don't see the point. Also, more vids dust related! You guys do a lot of vids pertaining to the events in eve, but dust takes a back seat it seems because eve is so far ahead with the universe dealing, and the PVE aspect.
Would love to see PVE in dust, for newer players especially! The events would be far more epic for them instead of being a choir, and they may become far more involved. Is PVE something the DEV team is looking into?

You realize Archduke isn't a coder (to my knowledge). He's just the customer support guy, not the coder.

How bout somthing like... We have found what's causing it, eta. on a fix has been estimated at 1-5 days?
Btw since you are in customer support dealing with angry customers with damaged product is part of your job, sarcasm from you helps nobody and seems unprofessional ( to bad this call isn't being monitored with being a smart mouth costing you your job ). Telling me to mash buttons makes me think your on par with the guy from tech support who ask's " did you try restarting your computer? " then has to transfer me to a specialist.

Look I'm really sorry I said anything at this point. I didn't mean to have anyone's life become much harder. The intent was to point out how this event with what i have personally experienced to be very common black screen.
You can't win with 15 blues as it is.
You can't win a match with even one squad on the other side who knows how to start select wiggle.

What is funny is that people on this game who are literally F'ing full of sarcasm get mad when someone in the game throws out sarcasm. Just appreciate you didn't get someone with a crazy accent telling you to purchase a new machine or some other non-sense like with computers. Take the snarkiness, laugh a little and throw back something fun and snarky. He likes that. Same as Ratatti Wheaton (Yeah, I am not dropping that (Snark)).
