Yes, and that's why our DEV team is on it!  But flooding the CS with tickets is not going to do anything at all. It won't even be annoying or anything, just more tickets.

The black screen issue itself happened to me twice so far, and agreed, it is not fun. As many stated before me, smashing start till Neocom comes up, then going back to the battle can put you in a funky state where you have no weapons and can't run. Switching suits at a Supply Depot then can completely resolve the issue. I need to try if calling vehicles is even an option in that weird state, that may be another option to resolve.

No, the sarcasm part is fine, the part I deleted could've been reported as personal attack, which is against our Forum rules, and might have resulted in a Forum ban from our Community team. I don't think you should get a ban for what you said, and as such I removed it to remove the possibility of a ban.

No progress yet. As I said, I only ever encountered this twice. And I've been playing a minimum of 3 hours a day since Foxfour.

Which is why he should be giving us updates on fixing the problem not further enraging someone with sarcasm.

So again. This issue was forwarded to our DEV team when it was first reported, and we're actively working on trying to resolve this ASAP. Till then, try to use the start-smashing technique of the ancient Tibetan monks.

I don't usually do Forum bans. And there's a huge difference between Forum posts and support tickets Have fun now, see you on the battlefield!
