It would be best to look at the situation from the outside looking in and not from the inside looking out , you guys read and see what the main issues are as of late , you could have built whatever it was that you were trying to do around that or those things instead of just copy and pasting another event together .

When was the last time that we had an event that promoted teamwork ?

With all of the issues as of late , what could we do to help generate gameplay and keep the communities tempo and feeling upbeat ?

So with players leaving matches and uneven matches , what could be done to lessen this effect without having work for the Dev's to do until their able to address these issues ?

All you guys had to do is come up with an event that promotes teamwork , helps players feel like their fighting for something and not just a select few and given the respec out for free because that would have boosted morale and helped with all the issues that the game has been having as of late .

You need events that promote play and profit all and not a select few or certain playstyles .

That's not hard to see or understand , you guys need to start promoting the game and the best way to do that is to touch everyone involved and not just certain or selected few .

I just don't see that as asking for too much and it would be great for the business and the morale of the game with all that's going on or better yet , not going on lately .

It seems like group number 2 are more likely going to be higher SP characters who have little use for a respec, anyway. It seems more like 514 kills was picked only for the game's namesake, not for a logical reason. Thankfully, I have no use for a respec. My advice is play pubs to get the kills I'm a solo FW player, today I kept timing out or black screening when queuing for FW matches . so I thought I would play pubs, because it was geting annoying waiting for battle And I was surprised in domination, I'm a below average player , I'm normally breaking even in terms of KDR in FW, but I got 20 to 30 kills in in 6 of 8 dominations, and way less deaths. I was using standard gear

Yet leveraging the rewards towards certain playstyles (slayers, spammers, AI tanks, etc) and away from other playstyles (newer players, logi's, support oriented scouts, AV Vehicles in general, etc) isn't exactly better than just giving it to people, particularly when you consider that it's the newer players who will likely most meaningfully benefit from a respec. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't care less what CCP does at this point. Just noting how amusing it all is. Early mornings are pretty good I don't play in the morning often but the last time I did I got 30-40 kills every single game with relative ease.

It seems like the last few events have been surrounded by game related issues , so yeah ... that is horrible when people can't even get in a match half the time to be able to win said rewards , I mean ... who the hell came up the timing of this ? You would have touched more people by just giving it away and making the reward like ten thousand warbarge components or something like that , you know ... something that everyone could have used because only some will profit from the skin . Now you have people that will have to fight with the game to play the game and then fight in game with stomp squads to get something that would have been a nice token for all , with all that's been going on as of late but you guys love doing things the hard way . If it is really that easy, make some events yourself and send them our way. Just be sure to leave out "Kill 'x' amount of players" in your reward hand-outs because actual work is apparently a bad thing when it comes to events.
