My knife fit. Haven't knifed since knifing was the FOTM back in like idk 1.6??? Still have te k ode skill tho

Any tweaks you would make??? Or something better??? I'm planning on switching 1 extender for 1 myofib.

I have this fit pretty much maxed out. I don't believe in the "more than 1 damp". Doing so is a big sacrifice. With 1 adv damp, I can get 26 db, enough to avoid pro scans from any suit other than a gallogi, which atm is fine by me given its fast enough to kill them anyways. Don't know too much how I'd like the flux in it tho. But I'll try it. I feel the m8 to be better because of its extreme damage, making it good for instant kills in camping positions or tight areas.

I'm going to be straight honest with you, I don't even know why I put it on this fit. Since it's the basic, it barely even lasts for a full run. It is nice the when trying to flank an enemy to stab him. Although I am thinking about swapping it with remote explosives tho.

I'd personally drop the clack and run uplinks, if possible.
I ain't gunna trust my team to provide them, 'cause I mostly get teamed with people that like to run all the way from the start spawns to the action.
Also, nanohives are good if you ever run out of nova knives.

You need at least one complex damp , advanced isn't good emough or gal logies will scan you easely.
If you're < 24 , you're decently dampened.
I run two damps just to be that guy.

Gave you 1 point for using knives, gave you another for at least making a bit of effort to try and survive with 3 ADV shield Extenders.

Eh. It's fine for pubs I guess. If you don't really care about being optimal.
Use at least 1 complex kincat, and if you don't want to run 1 complex damp, run two enhanced damps. If you really want to run 3 shield extenders go for it, I'd advocate dropping one and replacing it with a myofibril or precision enhancer though. My personal preference is for the precision enhancer.
Fit another equipment, you get two of them. Throw remote or links in. Preferably both. But if you don't want to drop the cloak, at least use advanced. Drop the nade level if you have to. If you can't, skill your cores faster.

The only suit that's going to run a decent scanner is a Gallogi, so either you run to block that or you don't; a complex and enhanced would be enough to get to 20dB. A cardiac reg isn't needed on a Min scout unless it's a sprinter fit you use from the start. I prefer fluxes for utility but it's mainly preference. Only other thing I'd suggest is a compact hive.

You should run 2 complex dampeners, not to avoid active scanners, but to not get passively scanned when you're close. You have to be under 23dB to approach a sentinel and under 20dB to approach an assault. As knives require you to get in contact with your opponent, the second damp is nearly mandatory
90% of the Min scouts I kill die because I detected them when they were running behind me.
Also I like running 1 precision enhancer to detect medium suits on my long range scan, but that's a question of preference. |

Start out with one damp.
If you get scanned, you better have a fit with two of them.
On my min scout though, I run two damps mainly out of habit. There isn't really much better to run down in your lows except damps and speed.
And speed is hard to fit on my suits.
So I run two damps 90% of the time.

Yeah, back then, there was this sudden burst of nova knives everywhere. I would see x nk x so many times. I was like, lemme try them out, skilled them to pro, and my best match was a 37 kills to 4 deaths. All 37 came from Nk
As for the m8, if I had a capture card, I would have prolly made a nice manage now. Been getting a lotta good kills with it lately.

I run adv minm sct 2 shield ext 1pg upgrade 3 kin kats 1 cardiac no cloak shot gun proto knives get 19+kills. Too fast for them to see me. Many times I've ran up to someone and they never seem to see me unless looking straight at me. That's with running no dampeners. |

Alternatively, swap a Kincat for an Enhanced Ferroscale. Don't run two Damps unless you get actively scanned; don't run two Damps when you could have gotten away with one. The Cloak Field is absolutely essential. If you need an Advanced fit, lower the tiers of your loadout. Here's a sample Advanced fit that you might find fits:

RS-90/BK-42 Combat Rifle
ZN-18 Nova Knives
Enhanced Shield Extender x3
Complex Profile Dampener
Kinetic Catalyser
Enhanced Ferroscale
Cloak Field
If you're tight for space, run the fit with a Ferroscale instead of two Kincats. The CR should not be lower than Advanced. If you have room, you should swap the Standard Cloak for the ARN-18. If you still have room, you should swap the ZN-18's for Ishukone's. The second equipment slot doesn't have to be filled (Note that you should be running a different fit that has two Kincats and Uplinks at the start of the match). If you need to downgrade, replace one of the Enhanced Shield Extenders with a Standard.
Don't underestimate the Cloak. So many people complain that it is now useless, but those people simply do not know how to use it effectively. It makes me laugh though when those same people who complain about the Cloak being useless then turn around and call it easy mode. Make up your minds! If it's now 'useless' then you should be commended for being able to effectively use it. It's not useless though, far from it.

I wouldn't run Myofibs on a fit that wasn't dedicated to melee. Shield Extenders are simply too valuble. Besides, you wouldn't get much benefit from just one anyway.
