That's odd. I use automatic because abusing lag is for scrubs. And I live in smack dab middle of Texas in good old 'murica. I get skirmish matches,not all the time but consistent enough.

Lately my matches take longer to find and I have not had a SINGLE quality game in weeks. I play about 10 matches a day lately and literally every match is messed up. If you're not down half as many players, the players on my team aren't playing!? It'll be 8v12 and my 8 will actually be 3 people playing, the other 5 doing god knows what.
I had a guy in my jeep, as we moved forward towards the point. Jump out to grab a CRU and dude takes off in my jeep back towards our redline. Drives it off into the mountains and explodes, taking himself with the jeep. WTF?!
And when you finally have a half way competent team, you're going to lose due to the other team protostomping. I hate to draw an mmo comparison here but what game allows level 1 characters against max level characters without some kind of stat balancing mechanic?
I started joining Asia battle servers and the quality of games vastly improved, albeit did come with much longer queue times and excessive black screens.
When I started playing Dust about 2 months ago, things were not this bad. Logging on to play a quick game or two before work just isn't worth it now. Sucks. |
