Me too. What's worse is the complete ten award was nice for both days. Today was the 35, 19, and 17 for me along with hack 8, 11, and 14 primary objectives. UGH...
The one bright spot this week was: Destroy 1 Installation for 588888 ISK. Random number of ISK for some reason. |

And I spent 100aur to reroll, just to get rid of it (which didn't work, I might add)...
Baffles me this daily mission...
The ratio of players to vehicle drivers per match is quite small, so co-piloting is not something that happens often and to top it all off, you have to be ineffective while doing so, I mean 'vehicle kill assists', why not 'vehicle kills'?...
I've got more 'assists' while standing on top of a tank, rather than in it!...
This and the 'Servant' mission are the two game breakers for me. I never get them done...

Why would a random 35 vehicle kill assist mission appear just before a hotfix involving vehicles...
ehhmmm... no, still no idea
If I believed they paid attention, I'd reckon they are wanting to see vehicle usage numbers...
Hopefully they actually do something about the fact that 0.5/10 mercs will even attempt that one

It's clearly a mistake.
You get a "vehicle kill assist" if you are in a vehicle and someone else in your vehicle gets a kill. But these assists don't count towards the mission. In my opinion this is clearly what the mission was designed for, to encourage piloting with gunners, or general teamwork with vehicles. Instead something went wrong when it was implemented and it just works for partially damaging people with a vehicle turret, which is stupid.
Why don't we have the proper vehicle kill assist mission (points for friendlies in your vehicle getting kills), and another mission where you have to actually get kills with your vehicle. |
