Where and how was the 'Toxin' ICD-9 SMG available to acquire?
Is it possible to get militia blueprint items as salvage from pubs, factional, or PCs?
Where and how was the Krin's LEX-91 Damage Mod available to acquire?
Is it possible to get Dropsuit Blueprint Visual Customization suits from pubs, factional, or PCs?
Is it possible to get militia blueprint items/Dropsuit Blueprint Visual Customization suits from Strongboxes?
WHERE DO I GET ALL THE BLUEPRINTS WITHOUT TRADING THEM OR BUYING AURUM?

When I say Dropsuit Blueprint Visual Customization suits, I mean when you go to the Marketplace, go to Visual Customization, and the go to Dropsuits instead of Skins, and the blueprint suits under that section.

No, you can only salvage what the enemy loses and that is only in factional and PCs. Seeing how Blueprint items are unlimited uses, you do not "lose" it when you die.

It is not possible to get militia blueprints from strongboxes. However it is possible to acquire special SKINS as well as Quafe Blueprint weapons and LAVs from strongboxes, although it is extremely rare.
The DK store is open with a few select militia blueprint items, if you are a PC active person like me, then you should have more than enough DK to buy all the blueprints in the DK store and then some. You can grind out factional contracts as well to get APEX suits or special Factional SKINS only available with loyalty points.
Wait, the DK store is finally open??? Holy crap finally. What are the prices?
