Where and how was the 'Toxin' ICD-9 SMG available to acquire?
Is it possible to get militia blueprint items as salvage from pubs, factional, or PCs?
Where and how was the Krin's LEX-91 Damage Mod available to acquire?
Is it possible to get Dropsuit Blueprint Visual Customization suits from pubs, factional, or PCs?
Is it possible to get militia blueprint items/Dropsuit Blueprint Visual Customization suits from Strongboxes?
WHERE DO I GET ALL THE BLUEPRINTS WITHOUT TRADING THEM OR BUYING AURUM?

6Most of them you get from strongboxes but very low percentage of getting one

When I say Dropsuit Blueprint Visual Customization suits, I mean when you go to the Marketplace, go to Visual Customization, and the go to Dropsuits instead of Skins, and the blueprint suits under that section.

The Toxin SMG was available for a limited time as an aurum blueprint weapon. It is no longer available as it is unfortunately.
No, you can only salvage what the enemy loses and that is only in factional and PCs. Seeing how Blueprint items are unlimited uses, you do not "lose" it when you die.
The Krin's damage mod was a reward for an event not too long ago.

28000 DK for a militia blueprint. So if you're in a PC active corp, should take you about 2 weeks to grind that out.
