So lately alot of people have been spamming them, but recently one of my corpmates has been getting one hit killed in his heavy with full health in his heavy with 1000 ehp. Cores only are supposed to deal 600 damage and no suit modifies that, so are cores coming with a glitch now or are people somehow nodding grenade damage? Has anyone else noticed this? |

In comparison all a core has to do is explode in the air above some one and it's an instant head shot, with a pretty hefty multiplier with just how much HP it can take away in one shot. yeah there has been time I hit people in their heads with a plc and no headshot. Sadness |

Your corpmate is full of ****. no... He's not.... I watched him die to 1 core locus and ask him his death screen message it said 1158 damage recived. |

If you really want them fixed just decrease the blast radius and/or remove the ability to cook them. They need to kill but not be the terror the are now. In truth the game has a few too many explosive weapons right now. Hard to hold a point or building against MDs/Cores/Flaylocks/REs/Plasma Cannons. How about having cooked grenades have a BIG chance of exploding in the thrower's hands like a real grenade. Hey, roll the dice and take the chance buddy. This would also be the only way to TK in pubs. Yeah, you can be an a*s, but you going too bub. would be fun to alahu akbar people but I can't even do it to enemies why would I do it to blues |

Basically you got shot up, you backed into an area where they can't hit with a direct shot.
THEN the enemy hits you with a nade and you see 1100dmg.
That is the COMBINED amount of damage from the gunfire AND grenade...
Sheesh.... HAVN'T WE BEEN OVER THE DEATH SCREEN *OMG HE DID OP DAMAGE* THING ENOUGH TIMES BY NOW????!!!
The death report doesn't show you how much damage was done by the last thing that hit you.... otherwise when you get killed by a RIFLE it would be saying damage dealt < 100 damage... and you be like..... I HAVE MORE eHP THAN THAT WHAT THE FUZZ?!! he got hit by a core locus and nothing else your point is invalid. |
