It seems a lot of people leave matches because they recognize one or more people on the opposing team who they know is going to whip their ***. The thing is that a lot of those recognizable names only perform as well as they do because they consistently have a squad to back them up or to tell them what to do.
Now don't be mistaken; some of the recognizable names in this game will whip your *** regardless of being in a squad or not.
Happens to me alot... But just because I know I'm going to lose doesn't mean I can't take a few proto suits down with me.

He asked on my recruit page if he could get free gear and I'm like...is this guy a fraud???? I sense so thing fishy.
