I would very much like it if we could keep (recall) the enemy vehicles we hack in battle, and keep the spoils off the enemy we kill.
Currently we are left with losing the vehicle, or taking it into the fight, and/or driving it into the redline for destruction.
Of course, some of the equipment would be destroyed in the battle, but we should be able to salvage some more (and better) equipment we are getting off the mercenaries we are slaying.
This would certainly incentivize those of us who like to basic stomp protos ;-)
Thanks in advance for your consideration CCP.

I still wonder why tankers have to train skills to call in vehichles but anyone can drive them with no skill investment...at least hacking then recalling it makes more sense than being able to hop in and drive it.

No really, this.
A thousand times, this.
WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.

Not to detract from the OP (CCP please let us keep/recall hacked vehicle), but Pokey makes a good point here (as he often does).
Ofline any advanced weapons/equipment and allow us to recall the vehicle would be a reasonable fix.
Once recalled, it can be stripped and sold for parts or saved until the skills are learned.

I think the historic problem with this is changing the ownership of the vehicle. I don't know if its mechanically possible to hack an vehicle and then make it "your vehicle". Would it come assembled or in parts? Could you call it in as your own during the same battle, or not? I think that there are more technical issues to this suggestion than meet the eye.

It comes as you took it and the unskillled basic mobile factory on your barge repairs it to full original functioning order.
