Hmm... I was talking about the normal rr and besides this is a post about AR, but I'll go there if I have to. The arr deals less dps I'll give you that, but it has pretty good cqc performance especially considering the fact that it shreds armor. And that most ppl stack armor. Also, if you skill into proficiency and calmando or even just run proto dmg mods you can deal more base dmg than the normal rr.

The RR has less DPS than the ARR and the ACR (without prof.) has more damage vs. Armor than a prof. V ARR. In CQC the CR has both more DPS and better accuracy and a Minmatar commando with all damage mods and an ACR has more DPS than a Caldari commando with an ARR and all damage mods...
I thought we were talking about comparing rr to AR how did we get into minmado and calmando?
