Why do vets still play pubs? Do you need to surround yourself with easy enemies? Are you still practicing after 2 years?
Move on buddy. Make a squad of 8 go play FW. You are crying about something you can fix.

I could fit you in a squad if youd get a mic and help out. No-skill is a label. I used to have intel officers in the wolves. Watch the map tell us any relevant data. Anybody can be made useful if they are willing to try.

I have to agree with being able to use your scrubbiness. Even a scrub just shooting and pinning down the enemy has a use.
"Cover my flank while I hack this point." "Get on that turret and shoot at the DS/Tank when it comes around again." "Bring a shotgun and sit on that corner in damps. I will distract them with my heavy." "Spawn on that tower uplink with a MD and rain on the point."
All viable for the vet scrub. Low SP scrub is hard to compensate for unless they have some serious skill. Sorry new guys. The MU rating was made for you.

That's an easy question actually. Pubs almost never lag compared to FW. Faster deployment and ability to play solo. Easier to do missions. And other small things.
Ps. From what I know FW is an easy stomp most of the time. Then you face qsync and fun is over.

Its not so onesided. The q syncs should be able to deploy against eachother. Often they do. Ive played games where we had to clone em before the last missiles launch. Yeah games, more than 1 in the same week. You dont see me here cryin about roof campin cowards or people leavin match.
As far as missions go i dont even keep track, until we can trade that gear is trash. Burn it up on your apex in FW. You get to use it and get reimbursed 40% if you win, 20% for a loss. The market only pays 20%. As it stands playing FW gives you a 20-40% discount on every consumable in your inventory. Even free stuff. Its pure profit to burn it up.

We must have very different memories of Battlefield 3, because 99.99998% of rental servers were:
1. boost parties,
2. Olympic pubstomp/stat padding where doing well or killing the host a certain number of times got you banned,
3. for one-dimensional bad kiddies to hog vehicles or run the *only* map they could do well on 24/7.
In all my hours playing I never saw a "useless" player kicked, unless he was on the host's team and he wanted to bring in one of his friends...
Fun fact: DICE was initially planning to make rental servers unranked because they were aware of the huge potential for abuse, but the stat-padders cried so hard that DICE changed their mind as not to hurt the projected revenue stream... |

Yes, I understand better now.
As is the case in most circumstances such as this, when you become aware of a situation from someone else's perspective (walk a mile in my shoes) things make more sense.
I have noticed a difference in your online demeanor from the DAISY Renton days till now. You seemed more DUST carefree then, like it was a pleasure rather than a chore to be a part of this virtual universe, and I felt compelled to say something, even if it seemed punitive, which it wasn't intended to be.
All good things from this Texan.

Can i ask why peoples view of you is so important? Or actually what you think is some ones view is so important. In my experience people are too concerned with real trouble than to evaluate peoples performance or conduct and ascribe any real value to it. Ther are exceptions.

Matchmaking back then gave good fights because we had 6-man squads, and a higher playerbase (F U CCP ROUGE). We had a good chance of being matched up vs another 6-man squad. We need to re-introduce 6-man squads because a team of 6 slayers can easily, EASILY win a match. Now there are usually 2 4-man squads on one team (practically half a PC team) and a 4-man squad with random blues on the other leading to redline matches.

I hope I quoted this sh*t right!
You need a mic dude to enjoy dust more. There are players who start off real bad then become beast. There are others who constantly compare themselves to others and kill the fun of dust.
Don't compare yourself, just try to be the best player you can be. I turned off AA, it has helped a shit load in improving my gun-game. Solo play is like an omega booster for your skillset. Staying in an extremely unfair battle also improves skillset. A while ago you were trying to be a musturd 2.0, which was bad. I mean hope is what keeps us alive, but you should hope to make your own name feared. Saying 'I am going to go all musturd on these guys just increases musturds reputation. Say 'im going to knife all these mofo's or something.
