2. He is expertly spearheading a short term Finance project at CCP HQ
3. He is personally lobbying CCP's Board of Directors in hopes of securing a bright future for Dust

I'm lower on the totem pole than Rattati, and have to be a lot more careful about what I say or what I don't say. Also, I have significantly more contact with the player-base - well, CS, duh - so yeah. I sort of did, and I was waiting for this to happen since I first saw the CCP Rattati post
