You can melee while cloaked.
Stack 3 myros. 2 damps. Now you can invisibly one hit kill all medium frames with zero delay and nobody save a proto gal logi can see you coming.

Take a proto heavy, fit roden sniper rifle, and just stay in redline while one-shot almost anyone. The only quastion is it realy fun and make you feal any more good among others?

Fit a precision mod and they will light up for your squad when they get within 6 (or 8 if logi) meters.
You probably won't have time to react, but your squad will. Then they can needle you pretty easily. |

only problem is that anyone that isnt blind will spot you and as soon as they do you die just like that
fitting any suit with enough Ewar and Myo's to make it viable means you are only going to use it in specific situations not just as an OP kill them all fit
a more viable fit would be to use a speed tanked min scout with myos you rely on your speed to keep you alive not hp and you don't usually have to worry about sneaking around too much as you can dictate engagements trough use of speed as well as quick easy escapes with your jump height

I actually tried this out a couple of weeks ago and could not believe the results. I would not call it OP as it does take a fair amount of skill but it is very fun.

As said above, it's situational.
However I find it effective to use minmando (1200+ melee) and hit people in tight spaces (like corners, entrances).
Them sentinels always try to chase you.. *punch*.

It takes the same skill as shotgun + cloak but wthout the delay.

I melee killed a cloaked Scout last night. 
The cloak is camouflage. It is not complete invisibility unless you are standing still in favorable lighting conditions.
I will admit though, that it would probably be easier to sneak up on someone as a cloaked Scout that it is for me in my Quafe Skinned Sentinel suit.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Inner ring scans still give you away. And melee is not forgiving with zero range and hit detection issues.
