I'm looking for decent fits to try out for Gal Scouts. I currently have two, one for speed hacking and one for just straight up speed running with uplinks.
I'm not using the suit to its full potential and I want to know some fits out there that can help me out.
Any suggestions?

Actually, even though most people don't utilize cardiac regs on fits, I find them to be extremely beneficial especially when it comes to stamina regen.
Thank you for the explanation as far as uplink dropping, but I have a separate scout fit for that. I'm kind of just looking for a slaying scout maybe with either a shotgun or Ar. Haven't decided yet.

High: DMG amp, precision
Low: Kincats, damps
Primary: Shotgun
Secondary: SMG or Knives - don't judge the nk + shotty combo unless you have actually tried it. I am good with the combo, as is raven, most people just don't know how to sneak. If you suck at it, go SMG.

I agree. I tend to not comment too much because "to each is own" and all that but honestly imo Caldari tech really does have no place on Gal stuff. (aside from needs and hives for logis and ofc hives on my assault)
Dual tanking is not something I've ever been a fan of especially because the movement penalties in EvE.
Also, yes Shotty/NK combo is badass if you can properly sneak

Equipment: Uplink, Cloak, RE or Scanner Vahzz. You said no caldari stuff on a gal scout. So no knives. Other than that I run knives as a primary with a burst scrambler just to troll(sweaty sometimes) Other than that shotguns are fun. Must use Pyrus Allotek Nova Knives
But Nothi's are so much more fun!

If you read further, you'd see that was already acknowledged as the only exception
