I'd be fine either way, though.
what happens when you max out the main skill? I like the overall idea and it sure does make it easier to skill into your favored gear/suit but what happens with the other skills that aren't directly attached to you physically such as proficiency and other sub skills Maybe you can make a selection of the skills you want to improve:

 for instance

Assault Rifle Handling: Only gets sp killing or destroying objects using an assault rifle.

Now with the recharge capacity and aim.

Recharging is easy: Win x amount of sp for reload.

Capacity: By spending half of every magazine you win x amount of sp.

Aim: For every successful round gain 1 sp. (Tactical)
-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-áFor every 5 win Hits 1 sp. (Assault)
-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-áFor every 3 forward Hits 1 sp. (Bursts)
 -á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á
Now the other variants as rupture or combat depend on the main feature that can be assault, bursts or tactical.

 Example: Scrambler Rifle (Tactical)

 ClipSize 1 SP x 30 rounds = 30 sp

Now with heavy heavy machine gun (Assault), it would be:

For every 100 desire Rounds 1 sp

And finally forge cannon . (Tactical Load)

For every win x amount of sp hit (can not be 1 is very little)

Now with the domain and optimization, it is the same as with the management: You get x amount of sp kill or destroy object with the weapon you're using.

This is the explanation that I have about your doubts, doubts rinse Hope that if I could not, good apology.

I hope you like it, thanks.

 I say yes .

It is assumed that if you improve the management, this will allow you to use STD, ADV and PRO.

But I think they should improve the levels.

 Example: Scrambler Rifle.

 In the Scrambler Rifle Handling

 Management Level 1:

 Unlock: all variants (STD)

Tactical (Normal) and Assault. (It is better to try to start a gun and its variants and enter a Level 5 for instance, and you leave a variation you've never used).

 Management Level 3:

Unlock: all variants (ADV) and the bonus

 Management Level 5:

Unlock: all variants (PRO) and bonus

 Now Scrambler proficient Rifle

 Domain Level 1

Unlock: Experimental variants (EXP) and the bonus

 Domain Level 3

Unlock: Official variants (OFI) and the bonus

 Domain Level 5

 Unlock: Optimization and the bonus

I say yes . It is assumed that if you improve the management, this will allow you to use STD, ADV and PRO. You missed the question. He was asking if this idea only applies towards the Operations skill (using the weapon and unlocking tiers) or would it also apply towards secondary weapon skills (ammo, reload etc.) Thanks for telling my error.

And if that is linked to all weapons skills either light secondary and heavy weapons .

Because there will always be a weapon at us that it is not fully operate.

 But you're absolutely right.

But it also helps us because it helps us to specialize in a weapon.

Sure there will be some who want to use all the weapons and lose a lot of time in my opinion. (I did that)

Eye: The bonus are not won by using militia, officer and perhaps BPO weapons .
