It's better to run Kincat, dampener, ferroscale, rep, and range on lows, precision and damage on highs, cloak scanner and hives, and bons and sidearm of choice. CEO of 48SOF Assault Gk.0-Scout Gk.0

Officer gear is cheap You provide faster links allowing your team to get on objectives fasters You get the first hack You get the point which can be coverd from overwatch Basically, it's better option so why not?
