If you are unfamiliar with the Metal Gear Solid franchise, you are missing out. The Metal Gear Solid games are based around stealth mechanics along with long conversations and cut scenes. The games do not have to be played in a stealthy manner if you do not wish to, however there may be incentives for no kill / no detection runs. If you are planning on playing MGSV, it is recommended that you play or watch playthroughs of the following games: Metal Gear Solid 3, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. These games are based around Big Boss. I like how more games are starting to up their customization options. I wish they'd make an MGS collection on PS4, story seems so confusing at times, and having never played any of the previous games, I'll most likely be lost on what the hell is going on. FOR THE EMPRAH!

Big Boss's story arc is pretty straight forward, but once Les Enfants Terribles come into play for the rest of the canon story, it gets weird. They're pretty fun games. I'm 45013 x 10^21 % hyped about this game. Will the ps3 version be $10 less than the ps4 version? I'm seeing that from amazon and psn that it looks like that will be the case. Bring back old flying LAVs

I read something for those that own Ground Zeroes. Some of the soldiers that you extract (as well as POWs) will be transferred over to the main game. Some serious balancing issues too. Too easy when a defender isn't present but far too difficult if they are. Those explosives too, they need to restrict that stuff on FOBs. FOR THE EMPRAH!

I would say that this is the most polished game I have ever seen=truly Japanese! FOB raiding is amazing and getting a nuke is the END GAME. Me and Global Rage are crushing it!
