There are words to describe the auto-aim... and those words are "Exactly the same as other pistols". King Thunderbolt Thundergroove looked it up on the static data export. Edit: I had people confused. I do that sometimes.



Nope. All pistols have the same aim adhesion. The belief that they do is as much of a perceptional bias as 'calscouts have broken hitboxes' (something that was confirmed to be untrue by rattati himself!).

You're kidding me right? We dealt with the bolt pistol back in hotfix delta which is almost a whole year ago. There has been plenty of time to get on the bandwagon. In fact, the bolt pistol was nerfed in hotfix delta. And everyone using it? When the data shows the SMG and its variants completely outselling it at almost a 2:1 ratio?

You can't use how well something sells as proof to a point for all you know someone bought 100k of them just to throw that off

Anyone who thinks the BP is not broken either uses it as a crutch or does not play this game. Mind you, it is not on the level of scrambler rifles, but it is still broken. I tried it for the first time last week, it hits way too easy and does super DPS. I've been one and two hit killed by this gun numerous times, and the jump scrubs pack it as a sidearm for a reason. Don't have a clue why guys want to argue over it and the few other weapons that are out of line right now. That is unless they are the try hard scrub needing crutches. The game has devolved into that anyway, because sadly most of the guys I see using the BP belong to larger corps these days. The thing is arguing against it is not going to make these posts go away. When an item needs nerfing the community consensus is usually right. Hard to argue when there are 10 posts a week to nerf the BP, Scramblers, AHMG, Madruggars. Those posts are legitimate players aggregating their shared experience together. So again, please stop being fan boy scrubs for your favorite toys when they are out of line and help make a better game by advocating balance. Strategy/teamwork should be the focus and key to success in this game. Not K/D whoring with the FOTM items. So, please stop BSing the community and making yourselves look stupid when you argue against obviously needed balance nerfs, because if they were not needed there would be one post every two months about it not twice a day in a community of less than 300 posters.

Yet the SMG completely outstrips the bolt pistol in terms of units purchased AND in total kills.

People still whine about red line snipers even though they are the least effective things in the game.

No, they're crying about the burst damage. When snipers used to be qualified as "burst' they cried as well.

No one cries about the Forgegun. 1000+ damage with more range than any other field gun. Why? I have no idea, ask the whiners.
