Honestly, the scrambler is way out of line. Look at the post earlier about the damage vs overheat. No matter if it is modded controllers or not, because to be honest it seems most guys using the scrambler are on a modded controller. The gun needs fixed so it does not account for more than 50% of the kill feed every game. Overheat per shot is about the only way to make it impossible to use for the cheaters. If it cycles too fast then BOOM, fixing two problems with one solution. Those guys will of course go back to using the combat rifle....but one problem at a time.

Okay, your want to talk about an OP weapon, let's take about the Assault rail Rifle which I see far more often in the killfeed than Scrambler Rifles. According to Thaddeus' chart, the most a Scrambler Rifle can do before overheating is 1358 damage.An Assault Rail Rifle onc the other hand can do 2436 damage in a clip. *drops the mic

You kidding me, i do not have issue with ScrR even just speced to level 2.
And i dont using Amarrian suits.
If you can click button fast and somewhere around enemy head you will have HS in few shoots, even if he running.

Thats is not underpowered weapon at all.

You already have powerfull weapon, dont get me wrong i like ScrR.
Honestly i see it like weapon with great mechanix.
But it is one of most powerfull one ingame.
