Honestly, the scrambler is way out of line. Look at the post earlier about the damage vs overheat. No matter if it is modded controllers or not, because to be honest it seems most guys using the scrambler are on a modded controller. The gun needs fixed so it does not account for more than 50% of the kill feed every game. Overheat per shot is about the only way to make it impossible to use for the cheaters. If it cycles too fast then BOOM, fixing two problems with one solution. Those guys will of course go back to using the combat rifle....but one problem at a time.
The ASR is not garbage, its amazing......
I find I funny that everyone blames the weapon for it performance . I'll agrree the scrambler rifle is OP against caldari but nothing more.
The ammar assault bonus is what gives it, its extra shots it can fire off before overheating .
But yet no one seems to complain that the min assault bonus gives you 20 more in the clip for the assault combat rifle

I felt it was too FOTM and no one complained about it because they all used it.
I believe that to be the exact reason why everyone complains about it . The scrambled rifle is the best and fastest weapon for dealing with min assault (as they are half shield and half Amor). Where as the assault rifle you just don't have time to put him/her into the ground

Honestly i see it like weapon with great mechanix.
