No its easy and i can do it over and over and over again so long as i pay. Unless you are saying the x4 instant boost is a glitch.

Why are they taking them into pubs? Because people farm alt accounts,and have millions of isk to back them up You mean they purchase them from other players?
No if you put in the time and effort with alts and about I dunno 15 PSNs you couldd make what 50-100 officer weapons within 2 every 2 days.

If the alt is on a separate PSN account then you will have to raise your loyalty rank to 2 before they can send items to anyone. You can only earn loyalty rank by playing matches, earning WPs, earning victories, logging in daily, and purchasing aurum. Rank 2 would probably involve 3-ish weeks of steady almost daily play, if I can recall. That's for each alt account. Then you have to grind the warbarge component needed to upgrade your warbarge to V and unlock the experimental labs lab.
TL;DR - Using the warbarge to farm officer weapons is much harder than Mr. Pancakes is making it out to be.
