A recycling center, something we can use to recycle the mangled coils and other usless salvage into warbarge components or other equipment

You can always sell them. I think that was the idea when those things were released.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

Or has the dream not yet crystallized that much.

Build your own weapons or dropsuits?
Anyone getting annoyed by reading of the above post should consider the following.
I don't care so neither should you :)

The experimental lab produces random officer gear, right? What if the recycler allowed you to make nanites, and nanites could be used to produce specific officer weapons and/or dropsuits. Obviously the price tag for these weapons/dropsuits would be quite high, but this would create a secondary market for "junk" items between players.

What about increased shield and armor factories (similar to the already present dmg one) or an experimental suit factory (similar to the weapons factory... of coarse if you did that you would probably want an increase to the warbarge points produced cause as it stands if you wish to capitalize on a lvl 3 experimental weapon factory daily then you are going to need a fully upgraded warbarge and warbarge factory... adding to that already enormous warbarge point disparity would seem unappreciated)??? |

Or something like; Take an Experimental Burst AR, spend nanites and a broken optic sight and get an Experimental Tactical AR.

I think that is the right track. A warbarge component, a dropsuit, a piece of valuable broken optic frame, all represent raw material that is already formed into somethingGǪ. so its value is already locked in.
Capsuleers who "mine" for raw material can choose to sell its "raw" value, or "refine" it to CHANGE its value before selling it.
If a "nanite" were to be considered a "raw" building block material, mercs could be allowed to SELL raw nanites to other mercs for profit (a nanite might be too small to get Eve sales on the market like broken scrap does), or to RECYCLE nanites to manually produce: A 'construct' counterfeit Decrytor Key that jimmies an unknown number strongboxes before it breaks. A 30-day 'construct' supply of any weapon or module we manually choose (acting as a temporary bpo of that item) A 'construct' x3 increase of our warbarge component stockpile (requiring a great many nanites).
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...

Everyone keeps talking about using the salvage and having a warbarge upgrade but when is this suppose to happen? Last I heard it's already been over a month since we've been able to upgrade the warbage. |

Constructing keys, even single use ones, I like the idea of.

Great stuff, looking forward to it, but I'd rather we went back to the warbarges and started again, removing the farming aspect and making them much more central to any merc's ability to wage war.
