Having it as an artificial barrier or requirement for officer suits and nothing else would be a bad idea, IMO, as it becomes more SP-filler fluff with no other purpose. Sort of like how no-one ever skills Dropsuit Command past level 3. Or, at least, you shouldn't >_>; Some people ask us, "Where do you call home?" And we say, "Home is where the bullets fly.
