Just finished skilling into pro GALLENTE assault. (After 2 long weeks in which I had ZERO sp)
Anyways, that means I can use RATTATI ASSAULT.
Any good Rattati fits?

Dropsuits. Not Rattati (with caldari).

Hells to the no. It's not a modified basic frame, it's an assault(or scout commando logi sentinel).

That way there is a point in skilling it to 5 and you don't have to add new stuff. No Kubo's Plasma Cannon? You are no Gallente, sir.
It's on my other fit. This is my main suppressor.
