Wait a sec why is the 16 man option only avaible for PC? Common man we need team deploy for FW. Just give it us allready and dont be a tease. I want to play with a full team in FW cause thats what every one enjoys and wants for FW. You can see that clearly with the amounts of q-syncs that are going on. There is no need for a discussion for it cause WE the community want 16 MAN TEAM DEPLOY FOR FW.

HOWEVER - I see one pretty critical problem right out the gate? How are squads orders going to be handled with larger teams? If we q-sync two 8-man squads into an FW are we going to have to disperse mid-battle into 4-man fireteams so that squad leads can run their own plays?
Why are Platoons barred from FW? Wasn't that a big point of team deploy; to get more competitive teams into FW without the need for unreliable q-syncing?
We -really- need to be able to invite/manage squads again, otherwise team deploy is going to come with a lot of pain and suffering on the micro-management level, I think. The Devblog was looking promising and i actually was considering to buy a Skin with AUR from the market to reward CCP for their development. But nope ive changed my mind once i saw that Platoons are PC only. You dont listen to me but you listen to people who pay money for the game.

If you need 2 squad leaders to deploy 16 players into a match then it is one too much. If people are going to q-sync anyway then at least make their lives easier by adding team deploy to FW. Cause in the end of the day when one of the squad leaders is not deploying into the same match then they are cancelling the search an try again. Which then leads to FW matches starting with 8 people down on one side.

No FW is supposed to be a ruthless and brutal playground. Platoons would encourage teamplay there the most. You can aswell take people from the FW channels into your platoon and deploy for FW which alot of people allready do with 6 man squads. And it would increase the chance that platoons fight other platoons which leads to shorter que times.

There is no match making in FW. Prepared to get slaughtered Ofcourse there is no matchmaking but the game prefers to pick squads over randoms to fill a match. And if two platoons would que then its very much likely that they are ending up fighting each other.

its nice to see things moving forward and i hope that a lot of it is being built ready to port the game to PC and eventually current gen home consoles Same and its even worse knowing that the game will stay on PS3 which is basically boned at the end of this year. Cause alot of great titles are about to be released and a PS4 will probs be one of the things that will be underneath the christmas tree for alot of people.
