Regulators go in the lows... You realize that, right?
As far as rechargers vs energizers, it makes little difference, but I usually choose energizers.

Alright Lol and yws, but on my Amarr Assault the lows are occupied. I'll see if I can make some tweaks. Are Regulators & Rechargers a Pro ? |

Wait. For an Amarr suit?.-.
Just stack extenders since its base shield regen per second isn't enough to warrant use of rechargers or energizers.

Personally, I like Shield regulators more than I like rechargers. For shield extender heavy suits, a shield regulator can cut the regen delay down from ~6.00s to ~3.69s (At Proto). I find that much better than a ~15hp/s increase for solo play.
I've shield tanked for three years, and recovering my health more quickly has always been more useful to me than recovering more health (comparatively) slowly. Given the fact that shield's don't have any threshold damage to break repairs, you might recover more health by getting your reps in as quickly as you can
