I'm worried about the installation destruction. Dam those people with proto rail tanks will blow every installation up :( and those minjas will hack every objective. And if that's not good enough there will be that one thale camping on a objective. But on the brighter side no vehicle kill assists  phew.
You can complain all you want about lasers. Despite the nerfs it will rip you to shreds.

I'm going to be on a hilltop somewhere with officer forge guns, cannot be dealing with destroying all of those installations lol,
they already cost me 10 keys in 2 separate 5 key mission rewards! |

I think a statement needs to be made by CCP as to what suit this fits on. If it is not going to be tradeable and is only going to fit on a minmatar medium suit this event is just plain useless for many of us.
Also, it should be fun trying to actually have close matches when every match starts out with the whole team fighting over who gets the installation kill. |

I went through all of those in 1 day, go into dom or skirm and pick up a forge gun or buy a sica tank and hit the installs, easy ****. I will finish this in less than a day easy.

I just can not stand missions that force already useless blueberries into a tank which they have not skilled into with 1 single skill point and turns them into nothing more than a WP pinata for the other team. |

That's basically all tanks/dropships/lavs, especially lavs.

Swarm launchers or a good forge gun works just as well. That is what I am going to do. |

My impression is that if the event is well liked then more of the same (reward style) are able to be forthcoming thus allowing for more events without the added overhead of hosting a selection thread every time an event of this nature is spun up.
After all it's not like every event gives something for everyone, for example when was the last support themed event? Or support themed event rewards?

if it is to much of a bother to do some of those you could always qsync and kill each other. hack installations so someone gets the destruction. though, it might take you awhile to find people willing to do that.

A). A corp asset that expires at the end of the month
B). Colors can be applied to all dropsuits of all frame sizes in that corp
C). Colors are picked before the month starts and cannot be changed once activated
D). Access to the leased skin limited to 5 corps at a time
E). Corps have to bid ISK to enable corp skin
F). The highest bidding corps get access at the start of the month
G). CEO can pick colors from a interface of some kind (web or in game)
H). Client invalidates fitting if current corp skin flag is disabled

Seems that war points would make most sense, that way partial hacks (hack assists) and partial distraction will be accrued.
Can anyone confirm?

Hi Devs. The event is nice and the Key rewards for each weekly mission is sweet so this is not to complaint....but.....
Could you please change or modify the destroy installation mission?
The problem is that I just played 3 matches and the players were all jumping on tanks and not playing the game (killing enemies, hacking objectives) so the game is boring, I lost 2 battles not because the other team was better or all in proto, it was just that in my side half of the players were in tanks doing nothing.
I hope this can be changed with no much trouble because I think this will get worse.

But I take 10 fluxes, 30 PRE's, and 5 nanohives, and didn't even destroy one railgun installation. Before it was hacked.

I'm surprised the instal actual took damage . I tryed it the other week and it didn't do anything .
Also I tryed 3 advanced packed re's on a hav and it did nothing . Think they need to up range range just slightly by like 0.50 or something

I just completed 25 installation kill mission. My only opinion about that mission is: It's terrible
While you are completing this mission, you are not contributing almost anything to your team. You play more as a burden than help to your own team. How many times, under normal gameplay you kill installations? Almost never I would assume-
I don't blame people going to actively hunt installations only, considering there is usually 1 installation per 3-4 players per match, competition to get installation kills will be high closer to event ending draws.
For better missions, I would had simply suggested installation hacks or revives. Both of these would be more team contributing than installation hunt and dust is all about team play. |
