Not to my knowledge. But reducing the rate of fire seems to have also reduced the dispersion.
I suppose this is natural assuming dispersion work on a per shot basis.
The dispersion should be increased to compensate.
Large turrets AV. Small turrets AI. |

You do realize there's an active mod that reduces turret dispersion?
Perhaps that is being used?
Just maybe?

Actually i am afraid of shooting someone next to a rail installation, that thing 360 no-scope me also jumping..it s a nightmare

Ever since turrets were rebalanced, they're kindof a hybrid of AI and AV.
All large turrets are supposed to be capable of AV, while all small turrets are supposed to be capable of AI.
Blasters are the best AI, railguns are the best AV, and missiles are in the middle.
Combinations of that shows what everything is capable of. Small blasters are supposed to be the best AI, but worst AV, while large railguns are supposed to be the best AV but worst AI

Probably not; every time CCP makes a turret change, they forget installations need to be changed separately, and those stay the way they used to for a while.
Missile installations STILL aren't on the same page as HAV missile turrets.
