While I agree you (investors) deserve reimbursement for ccp's failure the outcome would have remained the same. You had skrubs running around in basic gear straight out of the local chat.

It seems real fuckin convenient that all this would happen the hour were supposed to fight cap.. So no. The outcome would not have been the same

As I was the one that created all of the squads and sent squad leads into battle I can tell you there was no one out of local only out of alliance. Filling up squads with random people from alliance who do not normally squad together and taking away comms is a recipe for disaster but we did all we could. It was a good bit of mayhem which had me ready to trash all of my characters at the thought that this is how CCP does things until I found out that this epic mess is not even directly CCPs fault. EDIT: For those that do not know this is directly thanks to the third party service CCP uses for comms. While I am sure they have a good bit of pull with those guys they still do not have the access to fix it them self which is why things are such a mess.

I know many that saw the problems and "logged right back off", though. If you had personel issues, it wasnt for the reason you stated. I killed so many guys in frontline suits, I felt like I was fighting in battle academy. We got squads together, most of us fought without comms.
