That is: I wouldn't mind a biotics bonus - but I would much prefer that the bonus I actually skilled into the suit for (scan precision) was made useful again. Although useful, it needs range to be properly useful.
I want my scan range back. Give the Amarr scout +5 meters base scan range, and it's just fine. |

With no modules, the Amarr scout effectively has double the scan range of Min and Gal scouts, and more range than Caldari, as they will pick up assaults in the outer ring.
The base stamina makes kincats very effective to fit.
I don't use Amarr scouts, but to me it seems they shouldn't be run like an assault. |
