That is: I wouldn't mind a biotics bonus - but I would much prefer that the bonus I actually skilled into the suit for (scan precision) was made useful again. Although useful, it needs range to be properly useful. I want my scan range back. Give the Amarr scout +5 meters base scan range, and it's just fine.
