So I'm just about done with dust ..bought my new pc parts last night will have my machine built by Friday .
.I'm going to miss this game
But more than dust I'm going to miss the universe it's set in I've come to truly love being amarrian.
i thought hey my new pc will play eve max setting so I can just go there ..but this is not the case you see
mortedeamor exists In..dust and cannot exist in eve ...which makes literally 0 sense to me ..
Ide like to be able to enjoy both aspects of this universe ..Also my character exists in dust ..so in some sense it already exists in eve ..shouldn't be so hard
I don't want to have to change my name or add titles like ms or so e thing I am simply Mortedeamor the death of love nothing else
so please ccp however you have to do it please let me create mortedeamor In eve without destroying her in dust.

On that note if you ever did this it would be awesome to have a way to check stats and have a full career both dust and eve side show up ..a list of known ascociated toons :)

Why would you not play eve because of a name?
I biomassed General Butt Naked to remake him in eve, I don't regret it.
EvE as a game is so much more worth your money than dust.

Why would you not play eve because of a name? I biomassed General Butt Naked to remake him in eve, I don't regret it. EvE as a game is so much more worth your money than dust.

Unfortunately your best bet is to just add a dot or something at the end. It is kind of funny that one of the main connections between the games does nothing but ensure you can not play both games under the same name. |

You are making a big deal over something so trivial. It would be nice, but you can't have a merc and a capsuleer with the same name, that is a little ridiculous. Just pick something similar or add a period at the end. You are not going to play EVE just for a name?

I have a question.
What if CCP changes their minds and ports Dust over to the PS4 instead of the PC? Keep in mind that CCP does have a record of changing their minds without notice.

I am not sure OP was implying that he got a PC for Legion but that he decided to move from PS3 to PC and felt like trying out Eve since he now has the ability.
