Your clone is unique because before that your were a mortal being.
All military clones are generic biomass that have no unique distinction between another to keep cost down.
All clones are assembled on site in the cru, the MCC and CRU only carry biomass to create the clone.
My best answer is most likely with the introduction on the personal warbarge.
Are your decisions in battle affected by emotion? You are your clone.

Oblatory screw you True.... *puts on glasses* its actually a maximum of 10sec for CRU/MCC spawns while the uplinks have a 15sec timer for being "mobile"(rat man nerf them)

Well I'm taking a while guess but I'm thinking its transmitted to the nearest station like it is in EVE
